Orders generally ship in 1-2 business days.
We provide two shipment options.
Shipment via Standard Airmail without tracking
Asia: 4-10 business days
North America: 7-10 business days
Europe: 6-8 business days
Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
Express shipment via EMS with tracking (Additional fee: $19.90)

There may be additional transit delays or holds at your local customs office.
Customs Duties and Import VAT
The buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. implicated by your country for importing consumer goods.
We do not collect these beforehand, and can not predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, as charges vary in each situation and countries.
Please check your country's policies in order to have an idea of what the additional cost may be.

US customers: Duty-free up to $800.
UK customers: Duty-free up to £15.
*The buyer may be required to pay an additional fee of £13.50 (20% VAT and handling fee for RM) for a $35 order if the customs duties are applied.
EU customers: There are no more customs duties, thanks to the EU and Japan's Economic Partnership Agreement which entered into force on 1 February 2019.
However, the buyer still will be charged the VAT and handling fee for the post.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and inform us of the reason for return within 60 days of arrival.
We will replace your product or issue a full refund depending on the circumstances.
