Shipping policy

Orders generally ship within 4 weeks.

Although we will make every effort to ship your item as soon as possible, please understand that it may take longer than the lead time provided, depending on the number of orders we have.

All the items are handmade with utmost care in our studio, and it takes time.

Estimated time of delivery:
Asia: 4-10 business days
Rest of the world: 10-14 business days

2. Expedited shipping via EMS with tracking

Shipping Rates:
Asia: 14.90 USD
US: 29.90 USD
Europe, Canada, Oceania: 23.90 USD

Estimated time of delivery:
Asia: 3-4 business days
US and Europe: 3-4 business days
Rest of the world: 4-6 business days

There may be additional transit delays or holds at your local customs office.

Customs Duties and Import VAT

The buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., implicated by your country for importing consumer goods.

We do not collect these beforehand and can not predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, as charges vary in each situation and country.

Please check your country's policies to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees, VAT, and charges, this article (Etsy) may help you learn about it.

References:

US: Duty-free for the items under $800

EU: There are no customs duties.

However, the buyer may be charged VAT and handling fees depending on the countries.

Canada: Duty-free for the items under C$20

Though it is not always the case, the buyer may be required to pay customs duty, GST, and PST, as well as a handling fee to Canada Border Services Agency, if the value of the package is more than C$20.

Australia: There are no extra fees you have to pay on your side, though 10% GST is due on all goods sold by foreign online retailers to Australian consumers.

Once we sell more than AUD 75,000 per annum, we will be the one responsible for filing and paying any tax due.

New Zealand: Duty-free for the items under $140

*For orders over $140, you can estimate how much duty and GST you may need to pay with the duty estimator (NZ Customs).

Singapore: Duty-free for the items under S$400

If you are not satisfied, please contact us (contact@kaminowallet.com) and inform us of the reason for return within 60 days of arrival.
We will replace your product or issue a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Get in touch with us even after this period if you have any issues and we will find a solution.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was originally defective.
